you can take probiotics for vaginal health daily for maintenance and you can give your boyfriend regular probiotics too. i take 'Fem-Dophilis' and i haven't had a UTI or yeast infection in years. I also dated a guy for 2 years and constantly had burning and itchiness and pain and with my current boyfriend i have never had a problem so i think his chemistry just didnt work with mine...and he used to always pass on some sort of bacteria or yeast cuz he never fully treated himself.

if you know you might have something and a nurse says it's in your head you, that's messed up and you should always try to get a UA (Urinalysis) and get it tested before they say it's in your head F that bull shit.

yeast infections can cause sexual intercourse to be painful because your PH levels are off because of bacteria. you should always try to pee before and after you have sex and not doing so can also lead to an UTI (Urinary Tract Infections) where it can be painful to to pee and your pee to have a strong oder.
