In today's lesson, we're expanding on Soloing Concepts Part 2 - Harmonic Variations (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-OYScCscQrc ). We're taking a melodic line, and changing the harmonic stress to fit over minor ii-V-i changes.

This is an approach exemplified by players such as Jim Hall, and merits a lot of study, with uses not just for jazz playing, but all forms of improvisation and melodic development.

Thanks for watching!
