joker would win hands down. he's never been fully defeated by batman, he is able to cause large amounts of trouble using pranks, he's insanely funny, literally, and he's never been captured without it being a part of his plan. there's a reason why he's widely recognized a Bman's arch-nemesis.

Well I was reading up on the joker He is immune to all toxins even scarecrows toxin i think wouldnt affect him but t would be pretty cool to see what his fears are if he has any

Scarecrow is hotter (cillian murphy!!!<3), but the Joker is cooler!!!XD Plus the second movie is better!!!
