Don't try this at home. Before I'm done...I want to be Fender Bender...Steuart is in a dimension beyond Fender bending. The drummer (Vinnie Santoro), bass player (Jim Hansen) and Steuart all played in cover bands in the D.C. area in the late 70s. When Nashville happened...the all went south and all got quality gigs.

Steuart is just playing what works for this song and gig. Trust me, he can kick ass in any genre. He could kick ass in any genre 30 years ago. And he's a sweet soul too.

to compare him to a speed metal guitarist is like comparing ice cream to jalapeno peppers. both are great but they have their place.
