Actually that snake is a SIDEWINDING ADDER, you must be specific when you say SIDEWINDER, because a rattlesnake is also a sidewinder. make sure to put the appropriate name for this snake.

The gecko is sort of funny looking!! Like "Ha-Ha" funny.

The snake is cute, especially when he buries himself in the sand so all you can see are those great big eyes. Kind of funny-looking the way they're on top of his head like that (most snakes' eyes are on the sides of their face), but you can see why they're positioned like that. (I think the species is Peringuey's adder, native to Namibia.)
To those who were bummed that the lizard got eaten: that's nature for you. As Woody Allen said: "It's like an enormous restaurant."
