Best Lightning Bolts of 2008

Since the anticlimactic passing of hurricane Gustav over Michigan, I haven't been too optimistic about the storm season. This video is a compilation of 3 months of filming every storm, a great deal of video editing, and just plain luck. Music is "Twilight Techno" by Dimrain47. Kudos if you watch the entire thing.

Hey guys,

Lately a tree was struck by lightning and hit my windshield while me and my mom were in the car, yet didn't smash through only cracking it.

Anyway ever since i am terrified of thunderstorms.

Yeah i know im a baby but does anyone have some tips of how to conquer my fear?

My older bro tells me lightning does strike but dissipates fast but it doesn't help much.

Any tips are welcome

Maybe you should try making a list of what is scary about thunder and what is awesome about it. Maybe that will help!

i am the biggest lover ever of thunderstorms they are so much fun.But lighting can be deadly to but enjoy them as long as you can

I think in some cases, the danger is what makes it fun. My goal is, by filming every storm that comes along, to capture the closest and loudest lightning strike possible. Glad you liked it!

Don´t bother about the camara, i realy love this one, great lightningbolts and awsum thunder, and what i like the most is your enthousiasm, thats what a T/storm lover differents from others.

nice vid ,its only a matter of time before one of thoes bug trees gets hit.....and dont stand out in the middle of the field again i would like to see some more vids.
