Brings back memories. I had a '91 GSX AWD 5-speed. That thing would go like a scalded dog (especially for 1991) and corner on rails, but the manual transmission was junk. Old Macks have better shifters than that thing did, the synchros were garbage.

Sounds like you got a exhaust leak Ive had nothing but problems with my bolts holding my turbo manifold to the turbo gets to hot and they break and is your overdrive broke or sumtin I see its off my overdrive dont work either

Auto DSM's have some SICK potential. This video show's it to be extremely slow, however, when built right, an AUTO DSM can reek havok on the streets from launch, especially when tuned to launch @ 25+psi with a high stall... watch out!

i had a gsx of this same gen and i ran with a stock exhaust, front mount,type rs bypass valve,megan header and an aem intake system it ran super clean then around 120 on it ran like there was no turbo. i think its an awsome accelerator but sucky for top speed
