SkySurfer Maiden Flight Crash

This was my first flight of the SkySurfer. My 5 year old son videoed as I crashed. I found out it was that the elevators where loose, not stripped. I was up and running the next morning. Even though I crashed this plane on the first flight, I've had a great time with it since! I would recommend buying it, just make sure everything is tight.

I just got done biulding the Sky Surfer and something tells me that the controls could become undone so I have been searching from field reports. It looks like it happened to you. They call those the tight tight loose connectors. I think I'm getting the ez connectors and the glue them and then tape them.

@PeterTheSAGAFan I tightened them down and haven't had issues with them since but that was what was at fault. I loved my SkySurfer. I learned a lot from it and thought it was an excellent trainer.

I lost the plane when it got away from me. Simply flew away. :( Now I'm flying the p-38 lightning.

i used lock tight on them an it solved my problems.....
