@journeythruthepast That's because they never knew how to defend it back then!He should have been a WINGER.They had no clue how to defend him and no one ever cleaned his clock until they finally took out his knees.You don't let a guy run around from behind his own net, to the other end of the ice come back, score a goal, skate out to his vehicle, go to Tim Horton's, come back, make a save and then go score a goal again! Paul Coffey was a better skater than Orr but they learned how to defend it.

@ActoneSUCKA The entire province of MI is done dude. Do some homework or stay in on a cold blustery night and watch some Michael Moore movies and learn about Detroit. They are done. When Lidstrom retires, Detroit retires. Datsuck and Zetterpittsburghisbetter aren't going to carry the team because they are foreigners. This is to everyone who creams their pants for "Cam Kneely being the best power forward of all time man!" He had that season with 50 goals in 50 games which is impressive. Too bad he never won a single award in the NHL!!! I forgot Bill Masterton!!!"Look, Kevin Stevens is the ONLY player to score > 50 GOALS, 123 POINTS and over 250 PIM's!So you Ruins fans go on and on and on about how great Cam Kneely was well guess what, he won nothing. Maybe he should have asked for a trade to COL as well!

Face it people.The Penguins were, are and always will be the most entertaining team in the NHL. Without them and the Red Wings, the league would be a terrible disgrace of a game. We would have teams like the AHL-like Islanders who just run around and try to injure players for a living. Pittsburgh and Detroit are the Gold Standard for hockey. It will always be that way.

@doaftheloaf Big deal, he also won 5 Norris trophies and is the all-time leading point and assist man amongst d-men. Pobody's nerfect! Bourque missed the first 2 games of this series but you know what, so did Mario and boy when he came back he seemed better than ever. Bourque was clearly rusty when Mario played him like a fiddle on that famous through-the-legs goal.
