This song is an excract from the compilation "Tumbélé". A selection of rare biguine, afro & latin sounds from the french caribbean, recorded between 1963-1974. This period was musically rich and the music which come from theses islands reflect the mixing of african, latin & european influences..

Despite these songs are from an old period, it makes you want to get off your sit and dance!

  • i think this track is actually 'Lola Martin - Edamise Oh' from the same comp.

  • @Kamoken10

They are from Guadalupe (french caribbean). Not from Haiti.... :)

  • True Haitian meringue.

  • Old time compas

  • I would love to find a party playing this kind of music. I would not leave until the dj was packing up! :)
