American Jessica Hardy continues to rack up gold medals at the 9th FINA World Swimming Championship in Manchester, England. Hardy had hoped for a world record as well, but had to settle for a championship record of one minute 4.22 seconds in the women's 100m breaststroke. (WCSN, WCSN.com)

  • @captainthrall they usually get tested year round, when they enter whatever sport, they get tested

  • i hate cheaters. i think all athletes should get blood tested year-round.

If they test positive for steroids or "banned substances" they should have to get one hand cut off, and compete like that. It's only fair.

  • Yess, but she withdrawled

  • Did she make it to Beijing?

  • I understand if you think she cheated... but how is she a whore?

    Uncalled for.

  • cheating whore !
