6,7,and 8 years in prison for the heinous crime of murdering an innocent woman is not nearly enough.

As for Mrs. Opsahl, her husband was an Emergency Room MD, and was the PHYSICIAN ON DUTY at the Hospital when the Ambulance Drivers wheeled his wife's dead body into the Emergency Room for him to treat. She was already dead from her massive abdominal injuries and blood loss suffered from Emily Harris 12-gage SHOTGUN BLAST, so there was nothing he could do. But can you imagine that... ?

Today, 33 years later, Mrs. Opsahl lies in her grave, an innocent victim of murder with no justice.

Can anyone -- honestly -- explain why Michael Bortin [sic] got dragged into the whole bankster-grass-roots-op ... when it had already been amply established that he never had anything to do it with it; was he on "trial" for mere thought association; propinquity to the other kids? Instead of jailing Emily et al directly responsible for the unintended murder ... make them work as domestic slaves for 5-7 years for Myrna's son's family: Why not at this point? Prison -- a wasted work-study-opp, no?

@Bruno2260 IF she had been held by the SLA for a few days and then passed up the opportunities, I may agree. But I've not personally had an experience like hers, so I won't presume that "she could of just drove away". I don't claim to understand why she didn't run, but then again, I've never been brutalized for 57 days so I'm really not in a position to make claims about how easy it would have been--and neither is anyone else for that matter. Read up on this a little more before commenting.
