im having a problem with the one i bought . i got this stick . opened it up . put in ssf4ae2012 . and i noticed something . the stick is broken or something . the upper left corner of the stick wont work . i would hold up back and instead of jumping over and over like most sticks would do i walked back wards across the screen . its been a week now and this problem has not fixed its self so its a stick problem

I recently bought this stick and i have a problem. Whenever i send a message, the right trigger and left trigger don't work. They work perfectly when i play though. Does anyone else have this problem?
