Nope, i inserted that to see how many people would notice it ;)
I made that in DPaint 5 and was completely made up ;)
However there is one death missing in the vid - the UFO killing you at the cage part when you wait too long.

I can understand why the UFO one wasnt inserted. that one takes forever ^^; Another death I think you missed was when rolling around in that bunker, isn't there poison gas that can get you? Or is that not in the Amiga version?

Yep, that wasnt in the Amiga original, it was added in later versions
