    being clearly unbiasedly, unattachedly aware of something doesn't make it go away (especially because you secretly WANT it to go away) but with practice eventually TRUE AWARENESS DOES ALLOW YOU TO BE FREE OF THOUGHT PATTERNS AND BELIEFS!
