  • @hipgnosisvx Yep, that's what I do too.

  • @frediswyde Absolutely. You want to cook the carrots, onion, garlic and I'd say some celery in butter or oil to give the soup some depth of flavor. Process the mix later.

  • Why not put the vegetables in the pan, cook and then use the food processor, and combine the juice,using less energy and a tastier soup!!

  • Interesting, but it all seems way too finely chopped for my taste. I like a chunkier soup. I don't mind chopping by hand, though.

  • That's gotta turn in to mush when it cooks. Come on at least use the cutting blade!
