I laughed my a-- off the day i delivered a package to a guy who swore at me up and down because I delivered his HP package a day early, and he had told his employer he couldn't work the following day because he had to wait for the package!! I asked him who he worked for so I could call them and let them know!! LOL Guess what, it's not due ON Wednesday, it's due BY Wednesday!!!

There just wasn't very much excitement to it. The plot was almost non-existent. There was no turmoil or villain to overcome. Ac2273 made a point about the truck running without anyone being in the seat. That isn't very exciting to witness.
I am kidding with you of course. I am happy to see you got your packages. Seeing a FedEx truck come to your door is a very exciting for most of us.

@ac2273 Every place is different, plus if the driver isnt too long. It wastes more fuel starting and shutting down the engine not to mention the wear and tear on the starter. At my work we have to turn off the engine if idle for more then a min, and a couple of our trucks have already needed starter work.

ac2273, it looks like it was cold out that day judging by the fact that the driver has on a coat and gloves. If you knew ANYTHING about a diesel, they do NOT stay warm easily. My guess is, he left the engine running to keep the heat. Driving around while the engine is cold is BAD if it never gets to operating temp. And what's so bad about leaving the truck idling anyway? The truck is an automatic and in park, not likely it will roll away.
