Woman may have many reasons for opting for an abortion; however all in all its the same unless the life of the mother is threatened or it is from a traumatic rape etc. No matter the reason, Title X can not be used to fund abortion clinics.

It is regarding any family planning clinics using abortion. All abortions can be attributed to this.

Furthermore, the issue is not restricted to medical abortions, though these are made possibly by consequence of funding. If one believes that most birth control pills distributed by PP and other HHS organizations are abortifacient, then the argument stands.

Any Clinic doing abortions can not obtain Title X funding.

Title X gives family planing money, but none can go to abortion. Title X can go to check ups, breast exams, consultations, contraception, pregnancy and STD tests etc but, I repeat, NONE GOES TO ABORTION! There is even Title X money for clinical training, enhancing quality family planning services for men but NONE FOR ABORTIONS!

Section 59.5, pg. 409. Subsection (i) gives the necessary precondition, and then defines it in an easy to follow (A), (B), (C) format.

(5) Not provide abortion as a method of family planning. A project must:

i. Offer pregnant women the opportunity to be provided information and counseling regarding each of the following options:

(A) Prenatal care and delivery;

(B) Infant care, foster care, or adoption; and

(C) Pregnancy termination.

Then provide the loot and, if need be, referral.

I am pro-life, but I don't believe in judging others. I do believe in population control, but it has to be a choice for people. There cannot be ANY manipulation of woman or certain cultures. What we need to do is educate people. What they need is love. What do we do with all the foster children? Who is going to adopt all these children??? Who is going to feed all these children and give them homes one day, if ever?
