Hutch, 91, can breath better than he can remember after just the first treatment. Follows him through 4 visits during a series of cranial adjustments (NCR). NeuroCranial Restructuring is a cranial therapy using endo nasal balloons that yeilds amazing changes in the shape of your sinus's allowing you to breath like you couldn't imagine. Many who are prescribed PCAP machines don't use them due to the irritation. Increased nasal cavity means more oxygen and more regeneration for the body especially important during sleep. After his sleep study . We also find people have normal sinus drainage and often find chronic sinusitis a thing of the past. Dr. Lieurance is one of only 2 doctors in the state of Florida, sarasota, that perform this amazing treatment. Call (941) 330 8553 or visit www.advancedwellness.us for more infoAlso using neuroscience for neurotransmitter testing for dopamine, serotonin, gaba, acetyl choline, histamine, tauren, glycine, norepinephrine, epinephrine, hormones such as cortisol, dhea, testosterone, estrogen, dht, progesterone, for specific areas of interest or for anti aging for longevity and vitality.

  • @drkeller99 my experience (an my neighbors and my relatives) with sleep doctors is spotty. Seems to me they went into sleep medicine for easy hours and to get rich quick. Its very much a business to them.

Sure you need a sleep doctor, but learn all you can, get in the support groups online, which are very informative. Do NOT be passive -- demand answers, demand service, demand results.

I think a regular doctor should handle these cases, but they almost never do.

  • @xXxValiant1xXx are you kidding? Of course an oximeter is one tool used to detect AHI's -- a preliminary indication. In fact, in England, oximeters are the primary way it's detected.

A sleep tech I know said every patient he had, which the oximeter first indicated had AHI issues, were then found to have apnea, in overnight sleep studies. So I guess there may be some kind of connection.

  • @drkeller99 Sounds like a "sleep doctor" should treat this huh? It sure would help if there was some literature supporting this practice? I'd like to learn more about this. Might read this too:

Exar EN, Collop NA: The upper airway resistance syndrome. Chest 1999 Apr; 115(4): 1127-39

  • @FilmCriticOne I really don't know what to make of "cranial release". Doesn't seem like moving cranial bones would be possible and even if it is I don't see how it can help this condition. I don't know the theory behind it either though so I am open to hear from those that can explain what it is about. BTW while an oximeter will read O2 levels it will not necessarily tell you if your patients' sleep is being interrupted. So tell me about films.Assuming you know what you're talking about?

  • seriously, put the degrees aside. if the diagnosis is obstructice sleep apnea.(OSA) who should treat this person. the chiro, the sleep doc, the dentist or _______?

what is the cause of OSA?

what is the gold standard of tx for OSA? what are the alternatives? is chiro even in the equation......please if it is, post the literature references for all of us thank you.

  • @FilmCriticOne

What research do you have to support THAT claim.

Let's do a body count analysis MEdical vs Chiropractic...

Are ALL MDs quacks is one is?

  • what is the cause of sleep apnea?

  • Do an overnight test -- at least with oximeter. Chiropractors are 80% placebo effect, 20% con artist.
