  • this is actually a really good work out, i do it twice in a row though, just because im used to a little more of a work out, but its really good!

  • @bahozie25 use my tougher workouts or a mix of these weekly cardio clips to get a quality workout daily... thanks for the feedback...~ahmad

  • Did week four 3 times than week two...wow! Good stuff...much more fun than working on a machine for 25 mins.  Thanks!! Short videos keep the work out interesting and I always feel like I can mix and match your videos. Now...I'm off to do one of your ab workouts :-)

  • Ahmad, how many minutes should a typical cardio workout take? Great Job by the way. You personify health and a healthy lifestyle. How about healthy foods to eat while in training.

  • Im a dude and i did the upperbody cardio the entire video, but THIS video kicked my ass! Only made it about half way. My goal is to keep up with you on this one! Keep it up man cause im gonna keep on movin!
