  • So are these vanilla or chocolate puddings?

  • @MossyDrums27

    neither!

They are a savoury pudding to eat with dinner

    :-)

  • Now I want to make some Yorkshire puddings. My Nana was from Yorkshire, England. We used to have roast beef and Yorkshire puddings fairly often as a Sunday dinner when I was growing up. My Mom made them much the same - with the lard (smoking hot!)

  • @Jacksjule

Lard is the best fat to use

  • @dirosaga Eaten with roast meat, vegatables and gravy Yorkshire puddings are delicious

  • @MrKumbayah im just some guy, but if they were soggy you musn't have cooked them enough. go till they are golden brown. if there was no flavour, perhaps add a bit of brown sugar or salt to the batter? or try other recipes and compare. but this recipe does look like it'd work, maybe ur doing something wrong or u just don't like yorkshire puddings... ez
