  • Yep. The washing machine is good for cooking some green veggies like spinach. Hot water setting and NO detergent! If the spinach is cooked enough, I throw it in the dryer, without fabric softener. Unlike with my coffee maker and the dishwasher, I haven't cooked eggs in the washing machine with success either. Just not hot enough.
