Um, the British do in fact have a Bill of Rights. It was enacted by Parliament in 1689 following the overthrow of James II Stuart and his replacement by William of Orange-Nassau. Yeah, it's a bit nit-picky, but a lot of Americans tend to treat the Constitution as some kind of sacred document, akin to the Bible, and don't seem to realize that other countries have similar legal provisions, even when they're not enshrined in a single, definitive source.

I don't see Maddow being upset with the Homeland Security's "Extremist List" in which they added the names of veterans, Christians and conservatives.
Obama makes the impression that he's talking about Guantanamo Bay, but the far-reaching goals of "prolonged detention" could be anyone, including citizens with a certain political view.
Now the liberals may dance at the prospect of locking up their conservative counterparts, but a change of administrations would make them fair game as well.

Obama is a liar!. No more war increases military budget. No more lobbyists appoints 8 czars to his cabinet. Not a member of the CFR? Never heard of the North American Union? Close Guantanamo?
