skirmished it now,i can report that it locks on semi alot,but full auo at range this thing is a fecking sniper machinegun,beats my mauri m14 at that role...heavier though

you seem like you should have gone with the assault version of this gun instead (the l85)

I fell sorry for you, you dont get to feel the proper kick when you fire. I personally dont do airsoft, but it's very similar to the real weapon. Im thinking of buying the Airsoft one, but not too sure. Anyway, it's ok, but its nothing like the real one. Only differences are the cocking handle doesnt go all the way back and, the bolt release catch doesnt work. In real life the safety catch is like that. You'l get used to it though.

The real weapons (which I have experience handling) safety catch really is that stiff and secoundly if it was good replica above the selector switch the square button when slid down should release the working parts instead of having to pull them back.
