Hi Penni: I JUST realized today you mentioned me in this video-WHAT AN HONOR! Thanks so much! You're such a beautiful lady. I had no idea how old you were, I thought you were in your mid-30's. That's what raw food and keeping healthy does for your body. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Thanks for this, Penni. I think there is too much focus on gourmet raw foods and it's good to have a reminder that fruits and vegetables are ideal whole foods that should make up the majority of one's diet. At least, that's what I believe. :)

Bonsoir Penni, I am not 100% YET, because I do love my coffee in the morning. So, I am working on that. For the rest of the day, I will eat raw and it did change my skin, which is radiant, my nails are stronger than ever, my hair are nice and I have lost 50 LBS I am very happy of all the changes and I have absolutely no desire to eat cook food and that for the last 9 months. I started slow adding more and more fruits and vegies and now, I am happy as can be that I have changed my eating habit

My skin is soooo much softer than before I started to eat more raw foods. My elbows are smooth. I no longer need lip balm. My hands no longer look shriveled/wrinkled. I still have a couple of age spots on my cheeks, but I recently bought a product that I'm hoping will help get rid of those...or maybe the continued raw foods will do the trick. I rarely need to use body lotion anymore. Yahoo for raw foods!
You look beautiful, Penni. What kind of soap do you use to wash your face? I think that beauty begins on the inside--from the heart, soul, and mind (thoughts and feelings), and by the things that we put in our bodies.

@3loveg I typically use soap that I buy from Whole Foods. I look for organic, all natural and with some essential oils. I have also used Dr. Bronner's soaps for many years....
