I Need A Job

I need a job, I have sent many resumes to businesses, job sites, and no one is calling me back, why is this happening. Is this only happening to me are to everyone else. Loss of jobs, loss of health insurance, loss of hope and being evict from your home. What happened? Why are businesses not hiring? Why are businesses not being compassionate to men and women needing a job and knowing that they cause Americans hardship? What happens next for the desperate job seekers?

i was laid off a year ago along with 180 others my unemployment ran out today:( ive applied numerous places the unemployment agent told me what i should do. lol call 211 they can direct me to a charity...WOW what a world we live in when a man is willing and able to work his hands to the bone and cannot find work what is going on?

First, I think we need to consider that employment is a contract between two entities. Employment is not a charitable proposition. Employers don't hire employees because of some altruistic need. They hire them to provide a service in order to make an overall profit. When conditions for operating a business are bad, business owners establish businesses where they can make more profit. Our society is unfavorable to business, so businesses are folding or moving, not being mean.
