http://tomlee2.jimdo.com/ Sing Village is headed by Tommy Lee and is the first restaurant in Vietnam that offers authentic Singapore Food. Tommy started operation at Sol Chancery, District 1 in 1991 under the name Sol Chancery.




As time goes by, in 2003 more dishes were added and a restaurant was set up in 35 Bis Le Thanh Ton, District 1, Saigon Tourist Plaza, Ho Chi Minh City to serve customers with our selections of authentic Singapore's Chicken Rice.




In 2008, Tommy went into food court, the 1st stall (Sing Village 1) at Parkson, District 5, selling Singapore Food - Laksa, Chicken Rice, Nasi Lemak, Fried Kway Teow and Frog Porridge.




One year later, he opened 2nd stall (Sing Village 2) in Parkson District 5.




There after followed by District 7, Beef noddles and Hai Nam Curry Rice and Fish Head Curry. The new menu proved to be a hit with the locals and expats residing in the city. With dishes like BBQ Sambal Sting Ray, Sotong & Prawn, Mee Goreng, Chilli & Black Pepper Crabs and many more to complement our signature Frog Porridge, the restaurant was soon filled with capacity crowd nightly.
