Nations located in the desert should never go to war not even with the Boy Scouts.
Just by virtue of the fact that they are a desert puts them at a huge disadvantage, No vegetation to protect them.

Or you could confront them, having trained for years for this very battle, everything on the line, smeared in war paint with your fellow brothers in arms, charging at the enemy with everything you've got and fighting to the bitter end.
