@yuriderlevinzon it's no one fault. there were riders all over the place, mcewen wanted to pass avermaet but unfortunately he touched Avermaet's handlebar. It was a massive sprint finish, these things can happen, it's a risk that sprinters have to take and sometimes happens things like this, but there's no one to blame about
(sry about for any english mistake)

i really like the guy whose shoes came out of the pedals, didnt fall, and proceeded to cross the finish line superman style.

Please tell me, who are 'Pattarcki,' 'Boooonen' and 'Mac-uwan'?

@johnbannlavery no it wasnt anybodys fault, they fall there every year, exact samespot
-
@yuriderlevinzon No it wasn't his fault. this was a "normal" accident that can always happen when so many riders are going at full speed towards the finishing line, being so close to each other.

Phathaaaaakiiiii, Phathaaaaakkkiiiii!

I reckon the person waving the yellow flag was to blame, he created a draft that made them all fall over.

Shit happends
There were actually a few guys at fault here... Petacchi ignored the fact that the road narrowed - he didn't stay the same distance form the barriers... McEwen tried to go through a gap that didn't really exist... Van Avermat moved further right into the road away from the barriers than he needed to... and Dominique Rollin (Cervelo - Black kit) didn't keep a straight line either. Spectacular crash all the same!

The reason for the crash is undoughtebly Mcwen.
He passed Van Awermat and touches his hendlebar drops with his knee, thats why the front wheel of Van Avermat goes to the left and then he crashes.
Thisa stuiped Mcewan always provoketes dengerous situations.
p.s. sorry for my english mistakes.
