I actually like the way Katie Rose Clarke talks here better than Kelli O'Hara....it more sounds like the way Clara would talk in her childlike voice....it has a more naive quality to it.....

i love this show and Katie Clarke is really good but she doesn't hold a candle to Kelli O'Hara.

Yeah it is, and it isn't a musical. Never the less I love the movie just as much as the musical. And I'm sure that they have the musical on DVD cause it was on PBS.

OK, I'm dreaming BIG: Ang Lee is directing the film version of Light In The Piazza. He pledges full allegiance to the Adam Guettel score, and if his visual style is anywhere near as stunning as Brokeback Mountain, we're in for a rare treat! (... alas, it will never come to pass.)
