I really enjoy the consistency you have going from high to midvoice. Very nice.

this is the first video i played when looking for an example for this song, and it draws me into it straight away. very nicely done.

I was thinking the exact same thing it did sound like it was dragging. And this is a cheery upbeat song. So i agree with you.

I think this pace is a little too slow for the song, but I think the pace you took it at on your other recording was way too rushed. You have to find a happy medium. this version is slower, but I can hear your diction more and what you're actually saying much better. Just speed it up just a little so it doesn't feel like the song is dragging.

pretty nice voice and face.

agreed
It was a good effort. I would watch the diction of the words. all of the vowels were there, just not most of the consonants, so it was hard to understand what you were saying. I've sung this song before and i agree singing it faster would help in the diction department. And you count and keep tempo with your head and hand, it's very distracting. So just be aware of that. Other than that, you have a beautiful voice and repertoire such as Debussy and Faure are excellent for your voice!

thanks for listening to both recordings, again, this one was performed maybe a month or so after I actually started learning it so it's a little... premature?
