What's not to say Kasai wasn't Iwazaru? I seem to remember being told somebody from te government was following you or something of the nature.

You know, it'd be funny if he was the first Iwazaru (considering the head gear) and Kun Lan hires someone to kill him, then Kun Lan goes into the red S & M costume, but it's missing the head gear, so it would kind of make sense when you put it all together. But that's obviously not what happened, so I'm not going to over exaggerate it.
