HEY HEY HO HO AR WACKOS HAVE GOT TO GO. At least I now know of at least one town NOT to move to or give any of my business to if I'm ever in California. Nobody has the right to dictate or force people to adopt if they don't wish to. Whether I adopt or buy from a breeder that is MY choice not any town or state government's. If I lived there I would just go to the next town or out of state to buy from a good breeder.

Yes! This is good indeed, but I can't believe this is a new thing. shouldnt it be a given for the love of God!

look, it's very simple really. my position is a pet industry regulated,controlled,taxed is ultimately easier to controll than black market enterprises. Why can't you see this?
-
yes me again.
And you? Yes I remember, the one who isn't smart enough to argue with intelligent discourse and always resorts to childish name calling and insults.
-
You again? You are all over youtube attacking people who are changing laws and adding protections for innocent animals. You are a complete nitwit and comment on all of our videos. Why don't you do something useful with your life?
-
so,,,,"you don't care" about how hard it will be to control a nation of black market dogs being sold by millions of people?
This is not about the american government. This is about taking a situation you don't like and making it harder to control. Look what happened when the govt tried the prohibition of alcohol. It failed miserably and was sold illegally. When the govt makes anything illegal it just goes underground,making it harder to control. it does not stop anything.

@like2bonree no i dont. for 1 i could car less about the american government. 2 this is a step toward the illegal sell of animals. im not saying its the answer but its a step
-
ummmm, don't you care to comment on how impossibly hard it will be to control a nation of black market dogs being sold by millions of back yard breeders who are unlicensed and no tax revenue to fund enforcement of dog laws?
-
@Linuxrat agreed completly
This is fantastic news...the community of West Hollywood should be very proud to be the first to demonstrate sanity and intelligence on this issue. The only question that needs to be asked now is, How is it that any civilized society allows puppy mills? They should all be burned to the ground after every last dog is rescued, and the owners charged with felony animal cruelty.
