The fifth part deals with relaxation and the tensions that become part of our self. The ways to release those tensions are explained as well as breathing as a connection between conciousness and the unconcious functions of the body.

BTW: Nettesheim is of course a village, not a valley...

  • Your videos have been very helpful so far. Im sorry your ratings got messed up because I believe your channel deserves better. You remind me a lot of a friend who helped me out a lot. I appreciated your insght into pranayama. It has been a while since I've practiced but I always felt like a nutjob walking around holding my nostrils so your explanation as to how one can do "it" , without drawing attention was also helpfull.

    Great Videeo!

  • Thank you very much! It's good to get feedback that shows that some people find these videos useful. That votebot attack was annoying, but at the same time it also shows that some other people feel... threatened?

  • I always try counting backwards from100. But usually I wind up falling asleep!

  • :D I know that problem... try to keep "in mind" that there is something important to do, but that's it's not for the body to do. ;)

  • Another Good Video Eliphas. :>

  • Thanx a-lot!

  • I took a class in qigong a few years ago and the instructor highly recomended massaging one's own face and head, especially the ears. He also used the technique of cupping the palms of his hands and vigorously patting the whole body systematically and repetitively. He thought it help to release toxins in the skin as well as help a person relax. great video!
