Actually i treated this phone very well, this was the first time i dropped it and it was on carpet, its cheap, especially if it gets a lot of use, the hinges are metal on plastic, so the metal cuts the plastic off and makes it weak hence it breaks really easy.

Its slow as hell, buggy as hell, and just plain trash. Luckily i have verizon and an enV Touch now
