Meet and Eat- Cuy at the Center of the Earth

Véronique, while stranded in Quito, Ecuador for three days, decided to make the most of the situation and get the best Ecuadorian food available. While in la Mitad del Mundo (the center of the Earth) she was told she had to try "cuy".

No you can't use fork to eat a cuy. This is how you eat it: Since it is a lot of work you eat it on a weekend or when you have a couple hours to burn. Wash your hands, (rather not jewelry), you can use scissors to cut it, the main organs are already removed, some organs such as liver are left inside the cuy don't have to pay extra for that, a salad, mote(big white corn) or potatoes, a nice scenery helps, a friend, beer,and you'r good to go.
