1.5 V-tec 115 hp and 6400 rpm, A3 1.6 102 hp and 5600 rpm this is eaven good start for A3 1.6. A3 1.8 T 125 hp will blown this V-tec

1.5 is a SOHC V-tec E.
Single over head cam you retard! so it cant have vtec. it is an imitation of vtec. somthing to the effect of a twin profile camshaft. instead of Vtec which swaps between normal cam shaft and the more agressive camshaft. Real vtec.
p.s ive had a 1.4 EJ9 and to be honest id much prefer that over the pesent spec 1.5 EK3 anyday.
oh well cant complain i got a car that has real vtec now.
