it is as much caused by the hurricane as much as poor construction of road. but JA has not gotten as much damage as i have seen other country's got but I thank God there werent more lives tht were lost and tht there wasnt more damages. bcuz it could have been alot worse so the thank God for the least tht happened and prayers are going out for the families tht lost.

This is very sad for the country. Storms destroys everything but I am wondering if the damage of the streets is so severe from flooding and not actually a hurricane, is this a result of poor construction of the roads? Can someone tell me, please? Thanks.
