What a MANIPULATION. It's Russian that had been preparing for the military action. They had evacuated ossetian civilains before the war outbreak. What's more these are GEORGIAN TERRITORIES, you have to learn MORE HISTORY before such accusations. RUSSIA ATTACKED Georgia to grovel at her feet. RUSSIAn government wants to prove that it's able to do whatever they want to. The Russians will never allow Azerbaijani Oil and gas flow through Georgian pipelines, unless they are under Russian influence.
