  • SIGMA JAPAN released information about this problem.

In Japan, SIGMA started supplying a free-upgrade service.

2.APO 150-500mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM for Canon Serial Number lower than 1007001

  • You have "high iso noise reduction " off or on?

  • Thanks for your comment.

This video is "high iso noise reduction" option off.

Please check my older video (high iso noise reduction option "ON").

  • @erebh

Exactly what I was going to say.

  • if u are using AF servo/focus the system will refocus after each pic.. using manuell or AF one shot mode will bring u back to full 6.5fps in burst mode.

    RTFM!

  • please can you tell me about the optical quality of this lens through out its entire zoom range. I may be thinking about buying it you see.

  • start using your AF-ON(/off) button on the back. It will pause your AF, and bring you back up to your max (6.3) fps. Once you let go, it will go back to tracking. This works well when framing a quarterback on the far extreme side of the frame, who wants them in the middle? :)

  • it seems that sigma has some thing wrong with the communication to the canon body.
