If somebody is so headstrong in wanting to commit suicide you or i or anybody for that matter is not going to stop them. Btw before you say i dont know what i am on about i lost a childhood friend to suicide she was only 16 yrs old! Something in general has to be done about suicide instead of it been a taboo subject!

but Channel Ten couldn't show full coverage of Charmaine's funeral unlike Seven which did the whole Chris Mainwaring thing.

WTF they didn't even say she committed suicide? It would've been an opportunity to raise awareness about depression. Guess it would've looked bad on ten's behalf. Only reinforces the stigma associated with depression. I;s sad that the cause of her action, which affects one in five people at some stage in their lives, wasn't acknowledged, and no 'Call (eg)Beyond Blue if you need help' on the screen to help others in a similar state of despair. Ten saw it as just another story. Sad. RIP Charmaine

The goverment promised 5Million to upgrading the Gap and never did.
