i like obama, i think he's doing a good job based on the situation in america, but after hearing his pronunciation of medvedev within the first 2 seconds of the vid and "twitters" headquarters i have a strong belief he may have been abusing a mind-altering substance before this speech.

I think he meant it as "twitter's headquarters", as you would say "IBM's headquarters" it was a grammatical gaffe. Considering the thousands bush made, a couple by Obama here and there can be forgiven.

Had one of those "If that was George Bush" moments when I first heard this, cuz you know they would have ran poor George through the wash for this gaffe! The things that the media is letting Obama get away with, if it wasn't so funny, I would scream while beating my head against the wall!
