Royalty - Animation banned on PBS

This short film briefly aired on PBS in 2001 in an segment they called "Manners" where they showed a bunch of short films from animators in America.

It was banned from PBS in 2005.
I decided to upload it since I am proud to have a banned video that was once on PBS.

(Reason for being banned other than the one guy exploding: At 1:21, he quietly says, "Look at my crotch dude."

A short animation I made to experiment with different animation styles and techniques, etc. etc. etc.

The characters were hand drawn.
I cut out about 50 different mouths from some gossip magazine. (Try spotting these lips: Jennifer Aniston Brad Pitt Whitney Houston Oprah Winfrey BONUS POINTS - Lindsey Lohan)

After I got the mouths, I taped the character to yellow paper and individually tried to mouth out every word with the 50 mouths that i had, moving each piece on and off the character with the eraser of a pencil.

Then the little waving guy is animated on the computer.

The clips were organized and edited in Vegas 7.0
The sound fx were recorded mostly in my bathroom using a root beer can, shoes and my voice.
I made the music with my Alesis Micron synthesizer in Cubase LE.

No offense, I love this video

its really funny and you can tell you put a lot of work into it, but was it really on pbs at one point?

I don't see how this could teach children anything. Maybe about why you shouldn't listen to snobby royalty kids when they tell you to step on little people with high voices...lol
