  • TY! TY! TY, for the info. Much appreciated & valuable. Yes...employees are double indemnity: you gotta pay into SSI, unemployment, workman's comp, ,salary, then YOU. Question: there is a math formula where you collate your entire expenditures, then figure out what percentage margin to charge from dog biscuits to boarding. What formula did you use & can you give me direction to related info. Thanks again!

  • @moxohol right now im running a special $17 a night half for second dog in the same run, soon i will raise it, most kennels charge extras for peak periods and other things like bigger dogs, if there not nutered, in heat, giving meds etc.. I believe in one basic price, extras should be dog training, runs with climate control and web cams etc, my goal is to board anyway you want, indoor with climate control, indoor outdoor, outdoor in large containment areas with dog houses, cable runs
