I Put A Spell On You

This is the first time i uploaded a video of band play.

Me is the middle guy singing and playing Korean SG, and the guy at right side is my musical friend playing Telecaster. You will see him playing guitar with a lot of soul and feedback, he's really cool! And the bass man and the drummer helped for the gig. It was a party taking place in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Check out the skinhead man hitting drums, he's incredible, isn't he? He looks very old, and actually he's the oldest among all (including audience) But he got all the power as you see, will live for more than 100! :-)

The tune we play is a famous Screamin Jay's 'I put a spell on you' This is the last song of the gig.

Oh, and my guitar got trouble right after the intro. What i yell after the first chorus in Japanese is that 'This is a business announcement! No sound from my guitar! Take a solo for me, maan!"

Well, the night was a lot fun, about 10 bands showing up on the stage at the night, eventually we got heavily drunk, it's kinda endless, after midnight...

I love this, the music, who is playing, and where it's happening. Sounds great! But Hayasim, you told us you don't play steel strings because they hurt your hands!

Hellooo... Sounds cool. Could someone please tell me the name of the lead guitarist ? It looks alot like a guy named Nobu, that i lived with in the states.

If it's in Tokyo, it's very good. There are a lot of places we amateur people can play and also many musical bars offer jam session at night and many rehearsal studios not very expensive, and many people doing band and solo. You will find musical friend easily here. Sooooo, welcome to Tokyo!!!
