Technically she is a real character, she's got a design, age, an' personality, ect. But she's not in any anime or anything. She's a Vocaloid, as in the Japanese Voice synthesizing program. She's essentially a character designed to give a label, a fantastic one mind you, to a specific voice bank for the program. So, instead of having, "Voice #3" you have the amazing Luka! ^^

i hate it when once or twice every year something weird happens to the videos. it says missing plug in but i never need one before. then after two or three days it goes back to normal >:(
