Female, 68y. Incidental finding during endoscopic procedure = Duodenal polyp of 0.7 cm. Biopsy revealed a duodenal carcinoid tumor. EUS radial scaning shows a rounded hypoechoic and surrounded by hyperechoic lesion. This lesion is originated from the second hypoechoic layer and the fourth layer is preserved. Based on the EUS findings endoscopic resection was proposed.
