Seriously people battery life is low because these devices are only for demo purposes and have been left on for all day long doing benchmarks

Score of Tegra 2 is 6k, Tegra 3 is 14k, Tegra 4 is 36k. Massive improvement.

It's amazing how these manufacturers give better performance while reducing battery usage. That is true sorcery.

Furthermore, A15 cores are dog shit, efficiency wise, compared to Krait, and A7. I'm not denying the fact that an A15 is super fast. However, if the leaked S800 GPU benchmarks are true, I believe Qualcomm will have the SoC of the year. The SGX554 doesn't count, because it's for tablets, and uses a huge die size that only Apple can afford. S800 and Tegra 4 (I hope) are game changers.

Sunspider means absolutely nothing. Their Krait cores beat nearly everything else, except A15 cores in Kraken, Octane, and Browsermark 2.0.

true but the ipad 4 already had the most impressive mobile gpu unit in use till now. The cpu on the tegra 4 blows the ipad away though. Tegra 4 will be a powerful package. makes me wonder if apple will switch bacl tp arm cpu cores for their next chip?
