Selected all, gave 3 points stroke to it to show separate elements. Released clipping mask, ungrouped it then was able to moves things around.

Why has taxpayer money and his paid lawfirm been used to prevent disclosure? You want the detailed specifics... you're not going to find them. That's what the problem is.. The top servant of the public who pays, allocates money, to keep hidden, records that a President has an obligation to make transparent. Transparency.. Why's it a problem?
