  • For fuck sake people watch Dr. Barkleys videos. ADHD IS NOT A GIFT!!!!

  • ADHD HAS POWERS. WITH THIS POWERS COMES CONTROL. Lern to master your diagnos and you may do incredeble things. If not you may fail at life. You just have to fight. Its not easy, not at all, alot harder then a "normal" life. ADHD is a gift. Cause you wont get a boring life xD

  • ADHD is not a gift. Dr. Barkley is absolutely right. You should watch his video and learn that until we see it for what it is, no one is going to take this disorder seriously. Saying you have a gift that someone else does not have is not a disorder and more often than not, it does not manifest as a gift in the majority of us. Many are successful INSPITE of ADHD, NOT because of it.

  • Its not called ADHD its called free thinking

  • I don't have difficulty with ADHD. It's the rest of the world who are just too damn slow. Superman living with the freakin Amish lol. People complain when things are calm but when the shit hits the fan they line up to get me to save their ass lol

I'm 47 now and the only problem I have with ADHD is other people. So I live up on a mountain in the middle of nowhere. Now I can build, create, think, write, sing, make videos and am not limited by some slow thinkin boss blaming his life on me.

  • well i am 21 still with it adhd and its stronger than ever!!! so ima make use for it but its kinda hard even for things i like because i am so lazy, lol and ill do something else because i have racing thoughts sometimes but now ima start writing ideas and stuff down.

  • I wish someone would have focused on my strengths. I spent hours upon hours feeling worthless "practicing" the things I had so much trouble with. I feel like I was trained to believe that I don't deserve to do what I love until I bury all my weaknesses beyond sight.

It's true however, that I don't know what exactly would have happened if I went with my strengths. I am thankful for what my parents and the school system tried to do, but I'm ambivalent about its effects on my well-being.

  • Wonderful!

  • totally agree
